How do you listen?

  1. Download the myTuner Radio app.

  2. Search for “KAXE

It will say “KAXE KBXE Northern Community Radio”

How do I call in?

Usually the number to call is 1-800-662-5799

When Mike’s in Bemidji, the number to call is 218-333-9005

Green Cheese Tips

  • don’t be shy - call in!

  • pay attention! don’t give an answer after it’s already been given

  • busy signal? = call back

  • ringing = you’re in! (will answer in a moment) Turn your radio volume down!

    • you the radio is delayed so after you hang up you can turn your radio back up to hear the end of your call.
  • follow etiquette, only winners should be giving shout outs

  • have a drink in hand, and two or tree already under ya belt

  • charge your phone battree

  • practice your “ope…” and “oh yah…” accent
